The Exclusive Sleeper 22 mobile sleeper units are ideal for construction sites. Our static welfare cabins have been built to a high specification, both inside and out. This allows for continued use over long periods of time. The sleeper unit helps to provide an on-site home from home for workers.

Designed and built for warmth and comfort, the Exclusive Sleeper 22 offers luxury in building site temporary accommodation. The living area comprises 2 to 4 beds with reading lights, shelving, cupboards and a spacious wardrobe. Our sleeper cabins are heated via a 1.0kw heater and lighting from energy-saving LED lamps. Our Exclusive Sleeper 22 static welfare cabins are fitted with fire extinguishers as well as smoke and C02 detectors as standard, for added safety. There are also useful USB and electrical sockets.

The Exclusive Sleeper 22 comes with full kitchen facilities including a sink, microwave, kettle, fridge, hob and extractor.

The whole sleeper unit can be stacked to utilise space on-site. Ideally suited for construction, student and outdoor event accommodation.

Ecosmart technology is built-in as standard, this helps manage power demands in the most efficient way possible.

Construction

External:

Radius steel corners with concealed jack legs with top lifting and heavy duty galvanised chassis with forklift pockets.

Walls & Roof:

140mm wall: Steel – 25mm spray foam - 100mm mineral wool fitted between CLS – 12.5mm plasterboard. Built in jack legs. 100mm insulated heavy-duty steel roof, easy clean interior finish.

Floor:

18mm OSB finished with poly flor vinyl, underdrawn with galvanised steel sheets with 100mm insulation.

Doors:

High security door with deadlock mechanism, closer and external light.

Window:

UVPC with tilt and turn and double glazed with built in shutter.
