As a genuine manufacturer, all EasyCabin products are designed and produced in our UK factory.

Mobile welfare Service engineers have regular training and refresher courses to ensure that they remain fully conversant with all the latest updates as EasyCabin products develop. Field service engineers are available to visit sites and rectify an issues should an EasyCabin product cease to become operational.

Quality aftersales & technical support

The EasyCabin team of engineers and off site support staff ensure that EasyCabin servicing, upgrades and technical issues are dealt with in a timely basis should a unit cease to become operational.

The in-house team can provide maintenance and repairs to units if they become damaged. As manufacturers, EasyCabin units are developed in a modular format which means stocks of key components are quickly made available.

We are committed to providing quality training to our customers. We run training workshops at our factory and at customer premises on a regular basis.

EasyCabin will respond to a service call within 24 hours or on the same working day, EasyCabin aim to provide the highest level of customer service at all times.

Where required EasyCabin can provide off site technical support.

Replacement unit:

If an Easy Cabin unit becomes damaged or unusable, and a spare unit is available, this can be subsituted on a short term loan basis whilst the principal unit is repaired. (subject to certain conditions).
