The Ecosmart 12 is our most popular mobile welfare unit for sale, combining comfort, efficiency, and smart design in a compact 12ft footprint. Built for 6–8 site workers, it provides everything your team needs to rest, eat, and recharge — all in a secure, easy-to-tow welfare unit.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-plan canteen area with bench seating, a separate toilet and drying room, heating, hot water on-demand, sink, kettle, microwave, power sockets and USB charge points.
The unique hydraulic axle system allows for rapid setup — from tow to ready-to-use in just 30 seconds — saving you time and effort on site. With optional upgrades including Air diesel heating and solar power integration, the Ecosmart 12 delivers flexibility and energy efficiency for every type of worksite.

Hybrid power saving potential
Our toilet cubicle is designed with a spacious, ergonomic layout and all interior surfaces are finished in highgloss, wipe-clean materials to support easy hygiene maintenance.
The standard configuration includes a recirculating chemical toilet, hotwash sink with electric water heating, towel and soap dispensers, and internal LED lighting.
