The SolarPod is a patented mobile solar generator that combines solar power, battery storage and an HVO/diesel backup generator into one compact, easy-to-deploy unit. Designed and manufactured in the UK by AJC Power Solutions, the SolarPod delivers reliable, low-emission site power for construction, infrastructure, utilities and temporary worksites.

By harvesting solar energy and intelligently managing power demand, the SolarPod significantly reduces fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and noise, while maintaining consistent power availability—anywhere, anytime.

The SolarPod is a true hybrid power system, integrating:

The SolarPod features a built-in Stage V NRMM compliant generator (Regulation 2016/1628) with advanced particulate and NOx filtration.

  • GTL & BTL (EN15940)

This flexibility allows operators to transition to cleaner fuels without changing equipment.

FuelActive is a unique method of delivering 92% cleaner fuel to the engine by drawing fuel from just below the surface of the fuel tank. Standard diesel generators draw fuel from the bottom of the fuel tank where water, sediment, diesel bug and other contaminants settle.

FuelActive ensures that only clean fuel enters the fuel lines eliminating the costly effects of fuel contamination. Because the engine is burning only clean fuel, the thermal efficiency of the engine reduces fuel consumption whilst maintaining factory-level emissions standards through its life cycle.
