Efficient Power, Simple Operation
The Ecosmart System is the perfect manually controlled hybrid system. Low power items run from batteries, high power appliances run from the generator.
Combined with AJC EasyCabin’s durable construction, the Ecosmart System ensures your welfare unit performs reliably in all conditions — from busy city projects to remote rural sites.
Startup:
Manual Generator Start. Manual Stop. 2 hour Max Runtime if unattended.
Battery system powers:
Lighting, hydraulics, water pumps, and USB sockets.
Generator powers:
Heating, 240v sockets, hot water, microwave, kettle and battery charging.
Hot water on demand:
An integral storage tank keeps water hot for up to 4 hours (generator power for 4 minutes)
Generator runs for 2 hours max - saving fuel and reducing emissions
The Ecosmart SolarMAX represents the next generation of welfare power — combining full-roof solar coverage, Victron power management, and lithium battery technology.
This system delivers ultra-low emissions and exceptional fuel savings, with the ability to run generator-free during summer months due to large solar power input.

Startup:

Generator for lithium battery charging ONLY:
When batteries are low the generator is used as a battery charger. Victron systems manage the power flow.

Ultra-low emissions with HVO fuel
*Based on 10 hours per day for 260 days, 80 days in winter mode and 180 days in summer mode.
Each day is a typical usage day.
Solar panels achieve maximum output in direct sunlight, but they work in normal daylight and cloudy weather too. The amount of power a solar panel or charging kit generates in cloudy weather will be lower compared to direct sunlight. Also the positioning of the cabin will affect the solar charging of the batteries i.e. under trees, etc.
This assessment doesn’t take in consideration the usage of the hydraulics. This assessment is guidance only.

Our toilet cubicle is designed with a spacious, ergonomic layout and all interior surfaces are finished in highgloss, wipe-clean materials to support easy hygiene maintenance.
The standard configuration includes a recirculating chemical toilet, hotwash sink with electric water heating, towel and soap dispensers, and internal LED lighting.
