The Autosmart system offers automatic power management.
This smart system monitors battery levels and automatically starts and stops the generator as needed – no manual control required. Simplified operation, just turn on and use.
System Efficiency Comparison
Startup:
Turn system ON. Generator starts/stops automatically when demand calls.
Battery system powers:
Lighting, hydraulics, water pumps, USB sockets. Heating & hot water powered by diesel tank & battery.
Auto-Start/Stop Generator powers:
240v sockets, hot water, microwave, kettle and battery charging.
Hydro - Hot water & heating:
Heat & hot water without the generator running.
Generator runs ONLY when needed.

Each day is a typical usage day.
Solar panels achieve maximum output in direct sunlight, but they work in normal daylight and cloudy weather too. The amount of power a solar panel or charging kit generates in cloudy weather will be lower compared to direct sunlight. Also the positioning of the cabin will affect the solar charging of the batteries i.e. under trees, etc.
This assessment doesn’t take in consideration the usage of the hydraulics. This assessment is guidance only.
